The Division of Student Affairs is a unit that is designed to attend to the welfare and general wellbeing of the students of the University.
We are committed to supporting and facilitating the holistic wellbeing of students and providing a campus community that is healthy and safe with emphasis on wellness.
The Division maintains an active partnership with students in the development of new programs and enrichment of program already in operation. The activities of the student union and all other student clubs and societies are coordinated through the Division.
The Division is headed by the Dean, Student Affairs, Dr. E. O. Adeyemi who is a member of the University Senate and is also responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day running of the Division. The Division also has a Student Affairs Officer, who oversees the administrative activities.
The objective is to provide an enriching culturally, physically, socially and morally uplifting environment for the students as a rewarding complement to his academic work.
The Division will continue to identify student and community concerns and expand both proactive and reactive services and programs as necessary to enhance the quality of life for our student body.

In concert with the University’s vision, the Division of Student Affairs’ vision is to support students and all members of the campus community in their academic, social, cultural, personal and civic development, thereby enabling them to contribute to the advancement of our campus and the global society. To these ends, the division strives to offer remarkable experiences that give meaning and vitality to each individual’s journey of learning, discovery and engagement.
